Victoria Literacy Connection Society serves the communities of southern Vancouver Island that are located in the traditional territories of the Lekwungen (Esquimalt and Songhees), Malahat, Pacheedaht, Scia’new, T’Sou-ke and W̱SÁNEĆ (Pauquachin, Tsartlip, Tsawout, Tseycum) peoples.
