We cannot praise the Times Colonist Literacy Fund, along with Publisher and Editor Dave Obee & co., enough for their fundraising throughout many years, and now during the pandemic. What champions! Once again, VLC received a sizeable amount to support literacy in our community. We were floored to see the $20,000.00 grant donation! See here a masked Dave Obee, who is equally proud to present the cheques. We are truly humbled and appreciate all the effort that went into fundraising for such an important cause.
